Office & infrastructure
Dealer-ready premises in New Jersey is difficult for first-time applicants - many independent spaces do not satisfy NJ MVC inspection standards. ADMS provides Dealer Premises which meet the MVC minimum requirements for used motor vehicle dealer offices, display space, and zoning compliance.

- We do not underwrite the surety bond ourselves; we refer to vetted partners
- We do not pay NJ MVC application fees on your behalf - those are billed by the state
- We do not provide your office phone line - installing and maintaining one is a NJ MVC requirement that stays with the dealer
