ADMS keeps overall pricing private until we have confirmed this is the right path for you. The $500 waitlist deposit is the only public number - non-refundable, deducted from your sign-up fee when you proceed. Below is what the deposit covers, what is billed separately by third parties, and how the timing works.
What the $500 deposit covers
Office space at our New Jersey facility is limited. The deposit holds your spot on our waitlist. When the next office becomes available, our team will email and call you. From that notification, you have 5 business days to confirm and proceed.

Why the rest is private
We give honest, situation-specific pricing one-on-one, after a 20-minute call. Every applicant has different needs (bond level, insurance carrier, optional services), and a public list would oversimplify or mislead. We have been doing this since 1994; the pricing reflects what it actually takes.
Public costs you will pay separately
A few costs are not paid through ADMS - they are billed directly by the State of New Jersey or by third-party providers. These vary by applicant, so we cannot quote them precisely, but here is the rough shape.
- NJ MVC dealer license application fee - paid directly to the state
- Surety bond premium - paid to the bond underwriter you choose; varies by credit and bond level
- Garage liability insurance - paid to the insurance carrier you choose; varies by coverage and history
- Office phone line - installed and maintained directly with the carrier of your choice (NJ MVC requirement)
What is billed by ADMS
A single ADMS sign-up fee covers the full bundle of services described in our Services and Requirements pages. We discuss the exact figure on a call, after we confirm fit. There are no separate per-filing fees or surprise add-ons inside the bundle.
How the 5 business days work
Once your $500 deposit holds your spot on the waitlist, the next step is ours. When the next office at our facility becomes available, an ADMS team member emails and calls you. From that contact - and only from that contact - you have 5 business days to confirm and proceed with the sign-up. If you decline or do not respond, the spot moves to the next person on the waitlist and your deposit is forfeited.
