We are Auto Dealer Management Services. Since 1994 our facility has offered office space and premises for licensed used motor vehicle dealers.

What we do

ADMS provides personalized services for the submission of your application for a used motor vehicle dealer license: LLC formation, NJ MVC paperwork, the office, the signage, the bond placement - every requirement on the state's checklist.

Why we exist

Every citizen who is a proper person by the MVC has a right to operate a used car dealership. Most independent applicants find a NJ used car dealer license daunting because the state requires both physical infrastructure (a zoned office and permanent signage) and substantial paperwork (LLC, EIN, surety bond, insurance, MVC filings). Both pieces are individually solvable. Together, they take six to nine months for a first-time applicant doing it alone - and the application is often rejected and re-queued at least once.
